The National Heart Foundation of New Zealand

Average donation increased by 54%

The National Heart Foundation of New Zealand’s Jump Rope for Heart programme is a leading health and physical education curriculum-based resource for primary and intermediate schools across New Zealand. High Impact developed the digital skipping rope as one of its JRFH exclusive Thank You prizes for children in recognition of individual fundraising efforts while reinforcing the JRFH’s messages of physical activity. The average donation per schools compared to last year increased by an amazing 54% due to the fact that the children wanted the rope and had to reach a target sponsorship to receive it. The skipping rope led to a significant increase in not only fundraising revenue for the Heart Foundation but also in participation numbers.

Britney Spears “Curious” Wristbands

8 month sales target achieved in 3 months

To successfully launch a new fragrance into the New Zealand market, Elizabeth Arden was looking for a product to help with the launch. High Impact presented an elastic wristband which absorbed and retained the fragrance aroma and replaced the standard perfume sample card which is quickly discarded by customers. The wristband could either be worn around the wrist or as a hair tie, which was a perfect fit for the young female target market. An eight month sales budget was achieved in just three months and based on this success in the New Zealand market, the global branches, Singapore, South Africa and Australia also ran this promotion with the wristbands.

Cost-effective packaging solution drives sales and customer satisfaction

More than five million Australian women shave their legs - and Gillette was keen to increase sales of their Venus razor blade and Satin Care products. High Impact's brief was to create a gift with purchase that would complement their products and appeal to the target market. We designed the exclusive Venus Shower Caddy, a stylish metal container with four suction cups, which perfectly held the Venus products and was a classy, discreetly branded gift.

"The caddy was perfect - well priced, successfully targeted and also doubled as very effective packaging to hold our Venus products. We were very impressed with High Impact's suggestion to print our 4 colour information insert in their factory overseas and pack the caddy and card into a PVC bag ready for us to insert the Venus product at our factory in Melbourne. This saved us considerable costs in printing and packing."

Looney Tunes toys boost repeat visits and delight Hungry Jack’s young customers

Our brief was to create and design fun, safe, collectable toys that encouraged repeat purchase and satisfied children's desires, and to coincide with the new family release movie. We created five toys - each playable on its own, however also fits together with the others to move as one toy. These toys were created and produced exclusively for Hungry Jack's and only available with a Hungry Jack's Kids Meal.

PUMP chilly lunch bag drives 86% sell-through

New Zealand publisher Fitness Life was about to launch their new Kids Life Magazine, but they had a problem - stores were refusing to take the publication, citing a lack of display space. High Impact's brief was to create a product that was relevant to the target market (parents of school age children) and a perfect match with the editorial content of the magazine. We designed and manufactured a chilly lunch bag with the PUMP bottle liquid patch on the front. Each insulated bag was packed with a bottle of mini PUMP and each bag was held to the front of the magazine by a polybag.

Silver bracelet watch boosts Redken sales

Redken wanted a gift that represented Redken 5th Avenue NYC - a trendy, sleek, edgy company. The primary objective was to provide an attractive incentive to prompt customers throughout New Zealand to increase their hair care purchases. High Impact custom manufactured a smart silver bracelet watch that customers received when they purchased three Redken products. The watch, warranty and silver gift box were each branded with the Redken logo and the watch gift was a huge hit with customers.
